Please note we are currently only supplying to areas within 50km of Melbourne CBD, Victoria. We are very sorry if you live outside these areas, however, our franchies are growing and hopefully will extend to your areas soon
Free delivery applies only to orders over $30.00, otherwise there is a $4.95 flat transport fee applies to delivery within 40km of Melbourne City. Your delivery will arrive the next following day between 9:00am - 6:00pm. We can delivery to both home address and office, please write down other requirement at checkout such as your preferred arrival time with your current contact number.
A customer signature is required when the good is arrived; we will call you about half an hour before delivery arrival to make sure somebody is present to receive the good. If no one is presented, a reminder letter will be left at the door. And customer need to call our customer service on 03 9939 6770 to arrange your next delivery at the earliest time. In this case customer needs to pay for the next delivery fee of $4.95 except in the fault or negligence of Buygrocery.com.au which we will make the 2nd delivery free of charge.

Refund and Returns Your satisfaction is our first priority at BUY GROCERY. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money. All returns are subject to us being informed within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
